My package says it was delivered by Royal Mail in a safe place, which I didn't ask for. It was left outside my house in full view of pedestrians walking past.

It was not there when I got home. I've provided all the evidence to show it was not passed to me or anyone on my behalf, yet Temu are expecting me to show proof!

I want a full refund back to my payment method today, please. I have filed a case with the UK ICC also.

I am a size 6 in Britain which is a size 39 in Europe. Yours was a CN "38" Which is not the same as a "39" being size 6 in Britain.

I just want it changed to the current size.There were no return label ever left when I order anything from you, so don't know how to return the item. I still want the correct size not a refund. I have always bought things from you and will continue to do so.

I now believe that I am not dealing with a person as my and their emails are just going round and round. It cannot answer questions and can't remember what it had said. I have just received an email that is the same as the one sent to me 3 weeks ago, so it must be a computer.

I received an item which I had purchased from Temu. The item was delivered by Evri however when i opened the package i discovered that the item was damaged.

I contacted the Temu customer service this proved to be an absolute waste of time . How do I get to speak to a representative of Temu to sort out the problem

I have learned over the years that I am not going to like the material if the garment is under £4! And another thing they are guilty of is that they show the first photo of a series for a garment as a gorgeous cotton garment in a natural-looking colour (at Temu?).

I look carefully at the rest of the series of photos, and I can see that Temu's item is a cheap copy. Sometimes the photo colour is way off (a few websites have this problem—probably need better cameras?), but I have always received good service returning items and have received my refund promptly.
